I met Adam & Amanda 4 years ago when they were a Coast Guard relocate to Bourne from Kodiak Alaska. We instantly hit off with pretty much everything in common (love how God does that) and got them into this beautiful home. Well 4 years later their time is up here and they headed back west.
I just wanted to say I am very thankful I met you both and I can't wait to come visit you when you get settled into the next chapter of your life.

Off-market deals can be a huge benefit for both buyers and sellers. Greater privacy for the sellers, reduced competition for the buyer, and increased flexibility for both during the transaction process.
