Another strategic deal funded.
My team and I just closed a $1.86M bridge loan on a 12-unit portfolio in Fall River, MA.
Here’s the play:
📍 Two 6-unit buildings
🔨 ~$30K/unit light renovation (each)
🏁 Exit = Condo conversion + DSCR refinance
