It was an absolute pleasure to work with Gabe & Eddy Estrela once again on the sale of 231 Commerce Drive and also the lease agreement for the company at 600 Airport Road with Ben Cooper.

– An industrial building at 231 Commerce Drive in Fall River has been sold for $11 million, according to a filing with the Fall River Registry of Deeds.

The buyer is Four Cousins Baking LLC., which is a Massachusetts Domestic Limited-Liability Company, with an address of 21 Penn Street in Fall River, the home to Gold Medal Bakery. There is no word of what they have planned for the leased building. The broker for the deal for the buyer was Paiva Real Estate Services, LLC., and Collins Commercial Real Estate LLC., represented the seller.

The 90,000 square foot building is the home to Atlantic Lighting, which occupies unit 2, and is situated on nearly 6 Acres. The original building was built in 2008 with an 8,000 square foot 2nd floor mezzanine. An addition was built in 2014. There are 5 loading doors & 2 drive-In doors.
