Thank you to all of my September clients!!!

🏆 THE LADIES CAME IN STRONG THIS SEPTEMBER! 🔥

Please join us in congratulating our TOP 3 PRODUCING AGENTS for September 2026!

🥇 1st Place: Cindy Ferry - $4,162,650 in sales!

🥈 2nd Place: Dawn Mercer - $3,400,000 in sales!

🥉 3rd Place: Kristy Washburn - $1,975,000 in sales!

Historically, September marks a shift in the Massachusetts and Rhode Island real estate markets. Summer vacations are over, schedules get busier, and the market typically begins transitioning out of its peak summer season.

But apparently, nobody told these ladies. 😉😂

With nearly $9.54 MILLION in combined sales volume in just ONE month, these three are proving that the fall market still has plenty of opportunities for agents who are ready to get to work!

And judging by the activity we're seeing throughout our office, Keller Williams South Watuppa isn't showing any signs of slowing down either! 🔥

Congratulations to Cindy, Dawn, and Kristy on another incredible month! Your hard work, consistency, and dedication continue to impress us, and we are SO proud to be in business with each of you.

Here's to finishing 2026 just as strong as we started it! ❤️🏆
