The home market is on fire right now so don't wait to buy or sell. At first I was looking for a rush in life as I am a high paced individual. I went right out of High School to The United States Air Force. My original goal was to serve 20 years in the military and gain my college education to become an officer. Due to a medical condition I could not stay in the military. From there, still looking
for a rush, I became an Emergency Medical Technician in Los Angeles. The job was a blast and I met and worked with some great people but I decided to change fields into Real Estate and work in the family business start it up by myslef. I now have a huge passion for Real Estate and enjoy every second of it. The market was still a little soft when I joined Coldwell Banker so I had a couple contacts in San Diego and moved down their to try out the mortgage side of things to expand and understand more about the business. I was working with Steve Campbell who was #6 in purchase sales for Wells Fargo in all of San Diego. My boss ended up leaving Wells Fargo so I moved back to Los Angeles to get back into the Real Estate sales because the market has heated back up finally. I love where I am at with Keller Williams they really care about their agents. It is a totally different culture here which makes life so much easier.
