Amy started real estate in the Temecula Valley in 2000 when she joined her late father, Dan Maidment, as his business partner and teammate. aidment. Amy works with both buyers and sellers helping find peoples first home, second home, investment property, vacation home, forever home and all homes in between. Amy also helps people sell their homes. She works with first time buyers, retirement buyers, relocation and military families. As an Accredited Buyers’ Representative and Certified Military on the Move agent, Amy Maidment has completed additional education and certification requirements to hold such designations. The Military on the Move Certification allows Amy to rebate a portion of her commission back to her Active duty, retired, honorably discharged, Wounded Warriors, Purple Hearts, etc. clients to offset the veterans’ closing costs.
