On Friday, May 8th, the nation honored military spouses for their dedication to keeping our country safe. Military spouses are our unsung heroes and are the backbone of the family through readiness, deployments, and reintegration. Liberty Military Housing said “thank you” to all of our military spouses for their service, commitment, sacrifices, and most importantly their contribution to their family and this nation. Liberty celebrated all our spouses with a gift of appreciation. Liberty Military Housing Team Members visited all the homes in the Fallon Community to say thank you and deliver a gift.

Our guest speakers discussed all the tips and tricks to prepare for this year on navigating the GI Bill, FASFA, grants, scholarships, and updated 2026 federal policies. This event was hosted via Zoom where nine lucky residents won a $50 Amazon e-gift card at the end of the presentation.

Families from Fallon had a great night exploring local booths and resources at their “Month of the Military Child” Community Expo! Kids loved the fun activities like creating their own superhero craft or playing Planko to win fun purple prizes! Families took home produce savers and a few lucky families won a door prize. Huge thanks to our community partners for making it all happen!
