Hey there! I’m Kelly Millspaugh Thompson, a proud native of Northern Virginia, born and raised in Falls Church, VA.

I’m a mom of five energetic kiddos and a wife to my handy and supportive husband (fun fact: we met at the local dog park—talk about fate!).

💥2023 and 2024 were incredible years for me in real estate, and I’m beyond excited to kick off 2025 with even bigger goals and opportunities.

In 2024, I made the move to eXp Realty, and while I loved my previous brokerage, this shift has been a total game-changer. The community of like-minded female solo real estate agents I’ve found here has inspired me in ways I didn’t even know I needed.

This new environment has given me the tools and support to grow my business my way. It’s also empowered me to start building my own local network of solo agents and small teams—agents who want to think outside the box and approach real estate with a fresh, modern perspective.
