National Night Out Fun!

Kathy Yurchak, Community Manager at Legum & Norman - Resorts Division in Lewes, Delaware coordinated with board members and homeowner volunteers to celebrate National Night Out in one of Legum & Norman's managed communities. The state police and the local volunteer fire department members were on hand to share the importance of working together to keep the neighborhood safe. Children enjoyed fun games and received prizes, including some items from Associa. There was also an ice cream truck for everyone to enjoy some sweet treats. It was a fantastic night that brought the community together.

The Legum & Norman team in Falls Church, Virginia partnered with the Washington Metro Chapter of CAI to help feed less fortunate senior citizens in the area. They gathered at the Capital Area Food Bank to pack more than 350 boxes of groceries to be distributed to senior citizens in need. This food bank delivers more than 5,500 boxes of food per month to elderly residents in Washington, D.C.

General Manager David Coyle of Legum & Norman and his team partnered with one of their community associations to attend the Annual Potomac Watershed Clean-Up. The team joined more than 50 community members, board members, vendors, and neighbors to participate in this annual event to help clean up the watershed from the Potomac River. Everyone walked many miles of trails to pick up trash throughout the community. Thank you to the team for removing trash that can end up in the watershed, rivers, creeks and streams. After the event, everyone enjoyed tacos provided by the vendor sponsors. Job well done, Team!
