SOME CONNECTIONS HAVE A BEAUTIFUL WAY OF FINDING THEIR WAY BACK TO YOU. 🤍

A few years ago, I met my wonderful buyer on a women’s retreat in Tuscany. At the time, neither of us could have known that our paths would reconnect years later, this time with me helping her and her family find a place to call home.

And what a joy it has been.

Touring homes together was about so much more than checking boxes. We talked about possibilities, imagined how different spaces could become their own, shared ideas, and truly collaborated throughout the process. Getting to know her family along the way made it even more meaningful.

Now, they get to begin their next chapter at 9023 Windflower Lane in Annandale, in a home and neighborhood that I know will be so special for them.

From Tuscany to the closing table, this is one of those connections I’ll always be grateful for. ✨

Some of my favorite client texts have absolutely nothing to do with buying or selling a house. 🤍

They’re the “Do you know someone who can help with this?” texts. The restaurant recommendations. The photos of a backyard finally being enjoyed. The referrals to friends. And sometimes, the messages that simply say, “Thank you.”

To me, real estate has always been about the relationship that continues long after the keys are handed over.

I want to be the person you can call when you need a trusted contractor, a local recommendation, a little real estate advice, or simply have a question two years later.

And when a past client thinks of me when someone they love needs an agent? There really is no greater compliment.

My goal has never been to simply help you move. It’s to be someone you’re glad to have in your corner, wherever life takes you next. 🤍

Some closings mean a little more.

Seven years ago, I had the privilege of helping Jason and Kayla purchase their home. This year, they trusted me again, this time by referring someone they care about to me. That introduction led me to Carl and his family, a wonderful Navy family preparing to make their next move.

With Carl working in Korea and traveling here on leave specifically to find a home, we knew his time was incredibly valuable. Before he arrived, we had a plan in place, financing fully approved, and a showing schedule designed to make every day count.

After several days of searching, we found the one. From completing a pre-offer inspection to maintaining strong communication and putting together a competitive offer, every detail was handled with intention.

Just 22 days later, Carl and his wife were homeowners once again. 🤍

This is what I love about real estate. The relationships don’t end at the closing table. Sometimes, they come full circle years later and open the door for someone new.
