I actually believe this is great. We don’t need no-production agents plugging up the system

ATTENTION: SELLERS AND LISTING AGENTS
The market has slowed to a point this last quarter that sellers WHO HAVE BEEN ON THE MARKET 30+ DAYS must take decisive action to protect their proceeds.

The average price correction/drop/improvement - whatever you want to call it - is more than 5% to invite offers from buyers. The LONGER it stays on the market, the higher the cut.

The good news is -- houses are still selling at RECORD HIGH LEVELS. But buyers are passing on $950,000 houses that need $25,000 of fixes.

BUYERS - Now is the market you've been waiting for in Fairfax County, Virginia - and other DC suburb markets.

OPTIONS: Pay full price and ask for closing cost credit. On the average priced house, that would be upwards to $45,000 in closing assistance.

Closing credit can be used for mortgage points, taxes, fees, HOA fees in the future, etc. AND - that is real money in your pocket.

Dropping the price reduces your long-term losses of carrying costs and deeper cuts.

Before this new build in Falls Church VA , you may have had Vietnamese food here, picked up some hair supplies, or listen to a really cool folk band at a pub? Where am I?
