It's true, in a sellers market like the one we are in, the house will sell. However, the difference in the interest, activity, offers received and terms and conditions of those offers is in how it is presented, how much exposure it gets and how the buyers FEEL in your home.
So much time, thought and preparation go into helping a seller get their home ready. It is something we take A LOT of pride in. Your house becomes our baby ♥️ Even in a sellers market, you can not underestimate the importance of the pricing + marketing strategies needed. Some properties are more specific and we need to attract and find that unicorn buyer for it....others will appeal to a larger audience, but not all offers are created equal, and the highest offer isn't always the best.
Managing the steps from getting and choosing the "best" offer to successfully and happily sitting at the closing table takes experience, skill set, relationships and a lot of communication.
