Recently, I took some time to reflect on my work and my ‘why’. I realized I spend a lot of time sharing my results, but not much about myself, how I got started in real estate, what I offer my clients, and why I love my work. So, let me fix that!

A side project helping a family member prepare to sell their home in 2015 convinced me to leave a successful long-term corporate career to start over in the real estate world. Why? Because it turns out I had stumbled into one of those amazing situations where a thing you are very good at doing is a thing you love to do.

The buying or selling of a home is, for most people, an incredibly complicated, opaque and stressful process. Navigating listings, contracts, negotiations, financing, inspections and contingencies – any one of these can be daunting, even if it is not your first time.

Given that, I listen carefully to your wants and needs, do everything I can to help you locate and secure the perfect property, ensure you understand every step and document along the way, advocate for you relentlessly, and ultimately negotiate an outcome we can all be happy about.

I am highly attuned to the nuances of the southern Maine real estate market. As a born and bred Mainer, I love being able to provide you with deep local knowledge, critical market insights, and trusted partner relationships.
