I didn't have a chance to post this last week! Eileen Hornor, innkeeper and owner extraordinaire, sold her inn of 17 years last week! OneSixtyFive The Inn on Park Row in Brunswick changed hands on 3/13/26 to a seasoned small inn owner who will be continuing the business in the same fashion, with the current staff. Eileen has been an amazing seller (and now friend) to work with over the years. We will wait to see what's next for her and watch the continued success of OneSixtyFive. I wish both of my clients the best of luck in the future! (the market is still hot, this is the 4th sale this year, with several under contract!)
