We’re Bill & Julie Rager, and we’re so glad you’re here. After 30 years in Michigan, we took a leap of faith and made our way to the mountains of **Southwest Virginia** in January 2026—and we’ve been in love ever since.

Bill recently retired from his career, and now we’re building something we’ve always dreamed about… a business we could create *together*. What started as **Kalamazoo Co****le** (with a small shop and a love for outdoor living and American-made goods 🇺🇸) has grown into something even more meaningful here in Fancy Gap.

Holler & Ridge Trading Post is a reflection of that journey—rooted in quality, built with intention, and inspired by the beauty of the Appalachian region.
