People may not understand this now but when you pay for an item with "After Tax Money" you are not paying the price it is listed for. Let me explain... If you buy an item that costs $20 and you are being paid $20 an hour at your job, you would have to work more than an hour to buy that item because of the taxes being deducted. So when you purchase an item believing you can buy it based on your hourly rate always consider the taxes that are being deducted. You would have to work almost 2 hours in order to make $20, being paid at a rate of $20 an hour...

A book I read not too long ago that I felt had so much value was "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor" By Gary Keller. As you can tell by the title of the book it's about real estate. It gives you the handle on the basics of real estate investing which I find very useful for beginning investors. It is a great read that I highly recommend whether you are into real estate or not.

There are 2 ways a person can start building wealth at a very cheap cost. One is by investing in the stock market and the other is by investing in their knowledge. One will have a greater return in the long term over the other. I'll let you figure that one out...
