Baby #3 AND a brand-new home?! 👶🏼🏡✨

Talk about an unforgettable week! I am absolutely over the moon for this sweet family, who welcomed their third beautiful baby just days before closing on their brand-new construction home in Watkins!

This milestone was a true test of patience and perseverance. Before the builders could even break ground, we hit major delays due to permitting issues. Building a home takes time, but when you're expanding your family, every delay feels magnified.

A full 12 months after our journey began, they finally got the keys to the perfect place to watch their family grow.

I am endlessly grateful to my Next Move group and for introducing me to this amazing family. Being trusted to navigate this year-long journey alongside them has been an absolute honor.

Welcome home to Watkins, you five! Here’s to a lifetime of beautiful new memories in your gorgeous new home. 💕🥂

Fargo is heating up! Really, it comes down to having a strong plan in place - for buyers to be decisive and sellers to have a plan on when to review offers.
