Your electrical panel needs to be easy to reach in an emergency. Don’t block it with furniture, boxes, storage items or other belongings.

🚒 In a fire or electrical emergency, firefighters may need quick access to the panel to shut off power. Having to move items or search through clutter can waste valuable time.

We looked at several homes and knew there were a few unique things to consider along the way. They ultimately found the one that felt just right for their family—including a home with an old cistern that they were willing to embrace as part of their new property.

The most important thing? We found the perfect place for them to raise their family, make memories, and put down roots.🏡❤️
