Located on the famous NP Ave, The Historic Union is a Fargo landmark featuring renovated, industrial lofts and commercial space. The architect was William F.

The Historic Union is made up of the former Union Storage & Transfer Cold Storage and Armour Creamery buildings. Kurke, and the loft building is one of North Dakota's best examples of Art Deco style in industrial architecture. These two buildings make a very important contribution to the historic character of Fargo's downtown railroad corridor and they are reflective of the importance of the local early 20th Century warehouse distribution network.

🎃 One of the perks of calling The Historic Union home? Downtown Halloween fun is practically in your backyard.

On Saturday, October 24, the Trick or Treat Wish Walk takes over downtown Fargo from 10 a.m.–2 p.m.! Start at Broadway Square, grab a treat bag, and make your way through participating downtown businesses for plenty of Halloween goodies.

A $5 donation per treat bag is suggested, with proceeds benefiting Make-A-Wish North Dakota.
