We need to shout out one of our most Veteran agents, Lee Roggenkamp Keller Williams Inspire Realty!
Lee was recently nominated for the ND North Dakota Association of REALTORS Good Neighbor Award. We're so proud of you Lee!
This guy is part of the heart and soul of this brokerage, leading Mindset Mornings every Tuesday for over a decade, Facilitating Men's Groups, Bible Studies, dropping mini Jesus's all over the office, showing up for people who need it, and is the first one to pop out of his office to greet a potential new agent, visitor, or just give a friendly smile to make people feel welcome.
He may be one of our top producing Real Estate Agents, a Commercial Real Estate specialist, run the largest investor meetup in Fargo Moorhead and more while at work, but his real legacy is spreading love and faith and being the best husband, father and son that he can.
We all know you become even better by surrounding yourself with great people. We are so grateful to have done that here at work.
We hope you all have a Lee Roggenkamp in your life.
Anyone who knows Lee is aware that this nomination letter barely scratches the surface of who he is but there's a word limit.
Here was the nomination letter we sent in:
On behalf of our brokerage leadership team, we’d like to recommend Lee for the ND Realtors® Good Neighbor Award.
How has Lee Roggenkamp made our community a better place to live?
Some people volunteer because they believe it's the right thing to do. Others simply live their lives serving everyone around them without ever expecting recognition. Lee Roggenkamp is the latter.
For nearly two decades in our industry, Lee has quietly invested thousands of hours into strengthening our community through faith, service, music, mentorship, and simple acts of kindness that often go unseen. His impact isn't measured by one organization or one event—it's measured by the countless lives he has touched. Lee has locally been nominated for Realtor of the Year and is also a lifelong Keller Williams Cultural Ambassador.
For nine years, Lee has faithfully volunteered with Hospice of the Red River Valley, sitting beside patients and families during life's most difficult moments. His willingness to offer comfort, conversation, music, and companionship has brought peace to people when they needed it most. He also spent seven years serving on Southern Valley Fire & Rescue as a volunteer firefighter, stepping forward whenever his community needed help.
Music has become another way Lee gives back. For nine years he has donated his time and talent singing the National Anthem at local race tracks, horse races, fishing tournaments, school sporting events, and countless community gatherings. His voice has become part of the traditions that bring people together, helping create moments of pride, unity, and celebration across our region.
Lee's heart for people extends beyond organized volunteer work. Every Tuesday for over a decade, he has led a morning mindset meeting for our brokerage and for the last couple years, he also helps lead a Christian men's mindset group, creating a safe place where men can grow spiritually, encourage one another, and navigate life's challenges together. His gift has always been making people feel seen, valued, and capable of becoming their best selves.
Perhaps what makes Lee most deserving of the Good Neighbor Award is that service isn't something he turns on for volunteer events—it is woven into every day of his life. Friends know he will be the first to show up when someone is struggling. He'll stop to help a stranded motorist, buy a meal for someone in need, visit someone who feels forgotten, or quietly step in without ever seeking recognition. His generosity is instinctive.
Lee has also modeled this lifestyle for his four children, serving together as a family whenever possible and teaching them that success is measured not only by what you accomplish, but by how you love and serve others.
Communities become stronger because of people like Lee. He serves because caring for others is simply who he is. That quiet consistency has made our community kinder, stronger, and better, and it is why he is an exceptional candidate for the North Dakota REALTORS® Good Neighbor Award.
