Josh's entrepreneurial spirit helped him and his wife successfully own and operate his own coffee shops in San Diego. It was the perfect training ground for the real estate world: wearing many hats and learning how to provide excellent customer service. Music has always been a huge part of Josh's life, including being part of a rock band for 20 years. As a musician, he has a great love for discovering new music and attending concerts. Josh has made Moorhead his home with his wife, four kids, which enrich his life and make every day a little bit sweeter!
