We are thrilled to announce that Chance Lindsey of CBRE has become an official Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Passing the CCIM exam is a remarkable accomplishment; less than 10% of commercial real estate professionals have earned this prestigious designation. As a CCIM, he has demonstrated exceptional expertise in investment analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and financial analysis in the commercial real estate industry.

Since 2022, Chance has had “Dual Specialist” designation for Office and Industrial commercial real estate with the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®. Achieving a dual designation is no small feat. It requires individuals to meet the highest possible threshold of production in both office and industrial transactions, a testament to Chance’s dedication and expertise. The SIOR designation is significant because they are renowned as top industrial and office brokerage practitioners in any given market. Being an SIOR opens doors to a global network comprising over 3,400 industry frontrunners.

JA is dedicated to inspiring and preparing young people to succeed in a global economy through hands-on programs that foster work readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy skills. By participating in this event, you'll directly contribute to the growth and development of our youth.

Here's how you can make a meaningful impact:
