Some good information if you were considering a residential real estate listing or purchase.

In some places, homebuying is still happening, albeit with COVID-19 precautions. However, in other places, the market has slowed to a near standstill.

Always good for buyers wanting to get their home SOLD to transition from the perspective of home owner to home buyer and see it with as much objectivity as possible. Why is this so important? It is believed that only 10% of the population can see something other than how it is presented. Stand on the sidewalk in front of your home with your most objective (and honest friend :) and walk through the front door, each with a note pad jotting down things you notice that could be improved. Don't judge yourself and refrain from thinking about cost at this point. Just walk through and make a list. That's step one. I will post more about Step two in the next day or so.
