💹The Fargo-Moorhead market continues to move in a healthy direction. Home prices are up 4.1%, sales are up 4.7%, and inventory has grown to 3.9 months, giving buyers more options while helping sellers maintain strong values.
⏳Homes are taking a little longer to sell than last year, but sellers are still receiving an impressive 97.5% of their original list price on average.
➡What does that mean? Buyers have more breathing room, sellers are still seeing solid returns, and success on both sides comes down to strategy, pricing, and preparation.
