We help you choose a home lot in one of our developments, decide on an overall custom home plan, and then work closely with you to hammer out all the details, including the siding, flooring, cabinets, lighting and more. Once we break ground on your new home, we keep you informed throughout the process as your vision comes to life. Model Homes

We construct a wide variety of model homes in some of the most desirable developments in Fargo, West Fargo and Moorhead. Many of these model homes can be seen on the Parade of Homes, organized every spring and fall by the Home Builders Association of Fargo-Moorhead. You’re also encouraged to contact us to set up an appointment for a personal viewing of available homes for sale.

Yesterday, we had the privilege of handing over the keys to not one, but two new homes for this wonderful family.

As they begin this exciting new chapter, they'll have the best of both worlds...a beautiful new home for their young family and a nearby home for Grandma, keeping generations close while giving everyone a space to call their own. ❤️

There's something truly meaningful about building homes that bring families together, create room for new memories, and make everyday moments a little easier to share.
