What started as a leap of faith turned into an unforgettable year of growth, learning, and amazing clients. I’m beyond honored to have received Rookie of the Year and achieved Gold Level status in my first year—something I couldn’t have done without the trust and support of my clients, mentors, family, and friends. Special thanks to my mentor Jennifer Sturlaugson for her guidance and support. And Karen Skjold for the countless hours of training and education. After 43 years with , W***y Jacobson is hanging up the keys. Do you know how many agents we have that were not yet born when W***y started her career here!? That’s wild.

We were treated with caroling from W***y and many agents who work with her over the years. It was their very own Realtor rendition to “If I were a Rich Man” from Fiddler on the Roof. This is something they used to do often and even have a full song book of all the songs they have written.

One of my favorite things to do is put up the sold sign on a listing. I don’t care how cold it is and if I can barely turn the tiny plastic screws because I can’t feel my fingers. Knowing your clients are one step closer to their goal is worth it.

Just as I pulled up to the house last night, my client’s lovely parents were leaving and snapped some photos to send me. (Thanks Stacey!)
