May holds a special place in our hearts. 💚

My sweet Gilly, my little Yorkie, passed away 5 years ago in May. For the past five years, we’ve honored her memory by spreading sunshine and kindness through this flower giveaway. 🌸🐾

This year feels extra special because we’re adding Jayden, our beautiful German Shepherd girl, whose birthday month is May (and today—our launch day—is actually her birthday 💚). She brought so much love, loyalty, protection, and joy into our lives, and she deserves to be celebrated and remembered too.

These two girls were so much more than pets—they were family. The kind of love that leaves paw prints on your heart forever.

So in honor of Gilly & Jayden, we’re continuing this tradition of spreading love the way they did so effortlessly.

Well hey there, Minnesota — it’s one of those rainy spring mornings where the coffee hits harder, the dogs don’t wanna go outside, and buyers are wondering if now’s the time to make a move. Spoiler alert: it might be.

📉 Freddie Mac Mortgage Rate Update
As of April 23, 2026:

30-Year Fixed: 6.23%
15-Year Fixed: 5.58%

That’s down again from the previous week and the lowest spring buying season rates we’ve seen in the last three years.

🌧 Minnesota Homegirl Take:
Much like today’s rain… the market can feel gloomy if you only look outside. But under the clouds? Opportunity.
✔️ More inventory popping up
✔️ Rates easing a bit
✔️ Buyers getting negotiating power back
✔️ Sellers who price right are still moving homes

This isn’t the wild west of 2021 anymore, folks. We’ve moved into the season of strategy.
