One of the issues with Solar panels installed on a roof is the debris that gets trapped under the panels. If the debris is not removed it will hold moisture and decay the shingles, it can also cause leaks if the rain water and melting snow is not draining off of the roof fast enough.

How often do you check your Radon mitigation system?
Most of these units last between 5 and 10 years. Luckily this homeowner checked theirs and we got it replaced fast. The new unit is a very quiet, direct replacement and has a warranty of 5 years with no maintenance needed.

I was asked "Why do you always ask for a clean and tune" on furnaces and central air units? This photo was taken today in a 2 year old furnace that has not been looked at since it was installed.
If your kids can fit Lincoln Logs into the blower compartment, it's hard to tell what else has got into the unit.

New water heater installed. Guess the plumbers didn't check if it vents or backdrafts?
This one vented for less than 20 seconds then the gasses started backing up into the home.
It's always better to get a second set of eyes on work performed.
