If you're buying a manufactured home on a basement, make sure it's bolted to the foundation. This one is only a couple years old and has shifted. The Sill plate is twisting and separating from lack of bolting.

Yes, that furnace cabinet cutout can cut through flexible gas line coating. It might be faster to install but there's still a safer way.
