If you’ve met Marley, you already know she’s the neighborhood’s biggest yapper with an even bigger personality! 🩵 She’s a total foodie whose favorite treats are homemade chicken, chicken nuggets, and sweet potato fries. When she’s not enjoying a snack, you’ll find her soaking up cuddles, back rubs, and making her daily stop by the leasing office to say hello and show us lots of love.

Please note, partial payments are no longer accepted, and WIPS will not process them anymore. All late rent must be paid with certified funds via WIPS only. ✔️ Avoid turning your AC completely OFF
✔️ If you’re away, simply raise the temperature instead
