🏡 A fan favorite for a reason!

Our 2-bedroom Winslow floorplan is one of our most-loved layouts — and it rarely becomes available! 👀

The good news? We have a Winslow coming available over the next few months! If you’ve been waiting for the right 2-bedroom home, this is your chance to get on the list before they’re gone. 🔑✨

Don’t miss out on one of The Overton’s most sought-after floorplans!

☕️ Friday mornings are better with great coffee and great neighbors!

We had a great time at PJ’s Coffee in Farmers Branch off Midway this morning, treating customers to coffee and connecting with our local community. We love building relationships with the amazing businesses around The Overton!

🏡 Through Saturday, September 19th, admin fees will be credited toward move-in costs when you apply for any of our currently available homes.
