🚨 Important Update for All Real Estate Agents! 🚨

Starting August 8th, all compensation fields will be removed from OneKey MLS, and any compensation language will be prohibited on the platform. Plus, we're quickly approaching the August 17th deadline, where all agents working with buyers must have a buyer broker agreement in place, either exclusive or non-exclusive.
At Weichert Realtors, we are committed to educating our agents on these changes, ensuring they understand the new Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and best practices. We expect some adjustments and changes along the way, but we are here to support our team through this transition.
