As plans for the Melville Town Center continue to move through the public review process, residents, local leaders, and stakeholders are weighing important questions surrounding housing, economic development, infrastructure, schools, water, traffic, and the long-term needs of the community.

We’re excited to announce that the Town of Oyster Bay has approved Cornerstone Hicksville, our newest transit-oriented development in the heart of downtown Hicksville.

This $61 million mixed-use community will bring 106 thoughtfully designed apartments, neighborhood-serving retail space, and enhanced walkability just steps from the Hicksville LIRR station. The project reflects our commitment to creating vibrant, connected communities that support Long Island’s housing and economic development needs.

We appreciate the support of the Town of Oyster Bay and all project stakeholders who helped make this milestone possible. We look forward to bringing Cornerstone Hicksville to life and contributing to the continued revitalization of downtown Hicksville.
