VERY exciting update, just put a Westland listing under contract - AT $15K OVER LIST!!!! SO happy for my seller, and really proud of getting such a great result for them!!!! 😃😃😃😃

It really IS pretty much this simple, folks - and there are financing programs that allow you to get that 20 percent down to 3.5 to 5 percent, and sometimes you can even get help with THAT (right, Cheri McHattie?) This is SO TRAGIC, yet it keeps happening time & again, I've lost track of how many people have come to me AFTER the fact (purchases AND rentals) and there's nothing I can do to help them, IT BREAKS MY HEART.....!!!!
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEEEEASE......!!!
