Hillside Investments is pleased to announce the acquisition of Alpha Tech, a four-building, approximately 192,390 SF Class A industrial/flex campus in Wixom, MI.

The acquisition expands Hillside’s presence in Oakland County’s industrial corridor and represents the type of opportunity we continue to pursue: well-located real estate where disciplined investment, active management and our vertically integrated capabilities can create long-term value.

Alpha Tech is another strategic addition to Hillside’s growing industrial portfolio and reflects our continued focus on identifying meaningful investment opportunities throughout the market.

Successful completion for Webasto, delivered under accelerated timelines with disciplined ex*****on across the 300,000 SF manufacturing facility in collaboration with the facility manager, including all-inclusive restrooms designed to support functionality and daily operations. Completed on time, on budget, and fully aligned with client expectations.

Special thank you to Bill Salatino for inviting us to participate in the annual Asbe Foundations Student Design Challenge Competition Awards Banquet at Macomb Community College’s Lorenzo Cultural Center in Clinton Township, MI. The Asbe Foundations continues to support and award funding to high school and college students, encouraging and advancing their education in design and engineering. Their volunteers demonstrate unwavering commitment, raising these funds through an annual golf outing, local charitable foundations, industry partners, and individual contributions.

The evening featured an inspiring keynote from Scott Anderson, Senior Design Director, Product Experience and Interaction at Ford Motor Company, along with recognition of all the outstanding students. To everyone who contributed to the success of the event, including organizers, speakers, educators, and students, thank you. We were grateful to be part of it and look forward to next year’s event.
