KJ Commercial is pleased to announce the sale of Falcon Plaza, a 5-unit retail strip center located in Wyandotte. Kevin Jappaya, CCIM and David Jappaya represented the Seller in the transaction.

This marks the third time Kevin and David have listed and sold this asset, each time achieving stronger pricing. The property ultimately sold for $890,000 at a 6.7% cap rate, further highlighting the continued demand for quality bite-sized retail investments.

KJ Commercial secured a local buyer who closed all cash in under three weeks.
