🏡 More Than a Business — A Farmington Tradition

Sometimes you come across a piece of history that reminds you just how deep your roots run. 💙

This old newspaper article tells the story of Cecil M. Hulsey, founder of Hulsey Real Estate, and the early years of the company we are so proud to carry forward today.

From starting his own real estate company in 1956, to helping form the Mineral Area Board of Realtors and serving as its charter president, Mr. Hulsey built this company around something that still matters to us today: serving people and serving our community.

One line from this old ad especially stands out:

“The Hulsey Agency: A tradition of fine personal service… striving to do an even better job for you in the future.”

Decades later, that feels just as relevant.

Our name may now be Coldwell Banker Hulsey, and real estate certainly looks different than it did in these photos, but our commitment hasn’t changed. We are proud to be a locally rooted office, proud of the agents who have been part of our story through the years, and incredibly grateful for the families and businesses who have trusted us along the way.

Nearly 70 years of history. Generations of clients. One community we are proud to call home. 💙🏡

“Should I just wait until spring to sell?”

We get this question a lot, and honestly, spring isn’t always the best time to sell!

There are usually fewer homes hitting the market in the fall, which can mean less competition for your home. And while there may not be quite as many buyers looking, the ones who are tend to be pretty serious about making a move.
