Spent yesterday afternoon showing, and selling, some of the best examples of the Missouri Ozarks. This piece (where this picture was taken) is still available if you happen to like a good view. When you sell hunting property for a living the buyers often look to you for insight on woods-related matters … like whether or not the squirrels are cutting on hickory nuts yet. Sometimes you just have to take a little time for market research (i.e. squirrel hunting). It’s part of the job!
