Just an FYI for all you renters out there: if you live in a home and you pay a deposit for touch ups needed upon your move out. You can expect when you move out for 3 standard deductions if you do not do them: 1) Touch up painting to anywhere holes were put in the walls/etc and if you try to color match and it’s worse this will have to be redone and likely cost more 2) Carpets cleaned- they must be professionally cleaned with a receipt to the landlord 3) Cleaning must be up to standards(lightbulbs burnt replaced/batteries in smoke detectors replaced/filters replaced)

*Please do not try to argue and be hateful to the property management company for having these things done once you move out if you did not do them, we try to be fair to everyone.*
