Krystal Payne - Realtor Licensed Real Estate Professional
Berkshire Hathaway Home Services of New England - Farmington I'm excited to help you make that happen!

I am a New York State native who relocated to Connecticut 14 years ago and I have enjoyed living here ever since! What I appreciate most about living in Connecticut is that you can live completely secluded and private, surrounded by trees and nature, but take a short drive to the closest town and get everything you need! Beyond that, there are some pretty cool old houses in this region of the US! Professionally and personally, I am a helper by nature and work closely with children and families daily. I love finding solutions to problems and figuring out ways to help others get what they're looking for. As for real estate, I have a love for homes and the intricacies that make a house a home. It's enjoyable for me to help individuals and families find a home that works for their lifestyle. After all, a home is where friends and families gather, to build connection and memories!

House hunting is exciting—but there's a lot more to look at than whether you love the kitchen. 👀🏡

When I'm walking through a home with a buyer, I'm looking beyond the pretty finishes and thinking about the things that could affect the home after the excitement wears off.

A few things I pay attention to:
✔️ Signs of water or moisture
✔️ The basement and foundation
✔️ Walls, ceilings & windows
✔️ Exterior condition & landscaping
✔️ The age and condition of the home's major systems

None of these things automatically mean "run!" And that's important, too. A home doesn't have to be perfect to be the right home.

My job is to help you notice the things worth asking questions about, understand what you're seeing, and make decisions you feel comfortable with.

Because falling in love with a house is fun. Knowing what you're getting into? That's even better. ❤️

Save this for your next house hunt!

Come see me at 182 N Elm Street, Manchester tomorrow, Sunday, 9/20 from 1-3pm for an ~ OPEN HOUSE~!

This 2 BR, 1/1 BA home is a great alternative to condo living. This home has many costly upgrades, so that you don't have to. Plus, you get a single family home with no HOA fees and the ability to make it look the way you want, inside and out! Come check it out! Maybe I'll have some snacks, too! 😉

Buying your first home is exciting…but it also can feel like A LOT.

You don’t need to have every answer before you start. You don’t need to know exactly what you’re looking for. And you definitely don’t need to feel pressured to make a decision just because you walked through a house.

One of my favorite parts of working with buyers is helping them figure out what matters to them. What they love, what they’re willing to compromise on, and what might be worth a second look.

If you’re thinking about buying your first home, what’s the first thing that feels most overwhelming right now? 👇

I’m happy to answer questions, even ones you think you “should” already know the answer to. There are no silly questions here. 🏠
