This is one of my favorite weeks of the year getting to honor Steve’s legacy while meeting such incredible young adults as they graduate high school. Through the Steve Lehmeyer Selfless Leader & Service Scholarship, we are able to recognize students who lead with kindness, empathy, and service to others and the community - these are values that defined Steve EVERY SINGLE DAY. It’s an honor to celebrate these amazing seniors and continue the positive impact Steve made on so many lives.

These scholarships are only made possible through the generous donations of our Transition Realty clients, friends, and family. We are humbled, grateful, and uplifted that we can continue to do this - thank you to our supporters 💙

🏡Closing day! All closings are special, but today was EXTRA special 💙

Earlier this year, snelson called me and said, “Please take care of my Godfather.” Challenge accepted… I had the absolute joy of getting to know Diane and Bob and now they feel like family to me. After months of searching for the perfect place, we finally found it!!! I made sure that I didn’t let Justin down…. I know he was by our side the entire journey🙏✨

Last weekend, we walked to raise awareness for colon cancer — in celebration of Tom Jackson and in memory of Bob Lehmeyer.

Tom was honored with the Kay Van Hulzen Crusader Award, recognizing his steadfast advocacy and commitment to the fight against colorectal cancer — inspiring awareness and action throughout our community. What a honor it was to watch him receive!! 💙😇✨

We were also SO proud to receive a Top Fundraising Award, raising $4,300 with the incredible support of our friends and family. A special thank you to everyone who contributed through the Steve Lehmeyer Memorial Golf Classic — your generosity continues to make an impact.

We walk for those we’ve lost, for those still fighting, and for those who can be saved through early detection.
