Fun fact: Country Days started the same year I was born, so I’ve always liked to think of it as my own little birthday celebration. 🥳🤗

From the parade to the community spirit, it’s one of those traditions that reminds me just how special this town really is. ❤️

Sometimes you'll notice I don't immediately post every closing.

That's intentional.

As a REALTOR®, my first responsibility is to the clients I represent, and sometimes that means respecting their privacy long after the paperwork is signed. Not everyone wants their business shared online, and honestly, where someone lives is nobody else's business unless they choose to make it so.

That's why I've simplified a lot of my closing posts lately. You'll usually just see the city and the date tucked into the appropriate album. The details stay where they belong... with the people involved.

That being said, I'm incredibly excited to share this closing.

Whether it happened yesterday or a little while ago is for me to know and you to investigate if you're feeling curious. 😏

What I can tell you is that the client I represented was absolutely wonderful to work with. The cooperating agent was fantastic, communication was smooth, and everyone involved focused on the goal instead of creating unnecessary stress.

This was one of the easiest transactions I've ever had the pleasure of being part of.

The buyer knew exactly what they wanted, trusted the process, and allowed me to guide them every step of the way. The property went under contract almost immediately and closed in just two weeks. That's definitely not typical, but when the right property, the right buyer, and the right strategy come together, amazing things can happen.

🇺🇸❤️ Country Days hit a little differently this year.

What started as an opportunity to ride in the parade, spend some quality time with my broker, and snap a few photos quickly became something much more meaningful.

As we made our way through the crowd, I found myself putting the camera down and simply taking it all in. Watching people stand, salute, and show respect to the veterans was both heartwarming and emotional.

For the rest of the parade, I smiled, waved my flag, and soaked in every moment. Holding back the tears of pride I felt swelling up in my eyes.

A special thank you to Dustin Walker for allowing me to ride shotgun. It truly was an amazing experience, and I’m proud to be part of Freedom Realty MO because of the friendship we’ve built and the respect you’ve earned within our community.

Thank you for your service, and thank you to all the veterans who walked before us, rode with us, marched alongside us, and stood proudly along the route. Your sacrifices and dedication are not forgotten.

It was an honor to be there, and it’s a memory I’ll carry with me for a very long time. 🇺🇸
