Here is a list of the current repairs needed to the treatment plant.

Schedule 80 PVC Return Line: Three (3) 10 ft 3-inch sticks. One 3-inch Tee. Two (2) 3-inch True Union Ball Valves (Socket). Two (2) 90 three-inch Elbows. $ 1692.87 Total. Installed.

Schedule 80 PVC Aeration Line: Five (5) 10 ft 2-inch sticks. Five (5) 2-inch 90 Elbows. Ten (10) 2-inch True Union Ball Valves (Socket). Fourteen (14) 2-inch Tees. Fifteen (15) 2-inch caps. Six (6) 2-inch check valves. $ 2,769.85 Total. Installed.


Chlorin Tank Baffles: FiberCore 0.350 in x 48 in. x 96 in. Corrugated FRP Fiber Glass panels. Need three (3) total with brackets and stainless-steel hardware. $1164.17 Installed.



Haul-Master: 1-1/2 ton Lever Manual Chain Hoist to remove metal basket in the detention basin for cleaning. $169.00 Installed.


Total on Project: $5,795.89

This is not necessarily related to the recent development of the louder noises.

Hello neighbors. I am looking to see if we can get a few homeowners together when we all can meet to do a little clean up inside the fence of the treatment plant. There is lots of old stuff that needs pitched. Some things are good and some is trash plus some overgrown brush around perimeter of the fence that needs cleared out. I think if we got together one evening I think we could get it all cleared out in just a couple hours. Remember this is your home and we need to make it look nice for all the guests and traffic thru the neighborhood.

If you didn’t have a balance owed from last year, then the invoices are going into the mail. If you had a previous balance then I’m still working on the late charges. It’s a little time consuming and the first time I did it didn’t save. I will get those late charges added and send those invoices in a different batch. You can always sign up at payhoa.com to pay online or make monthly payments.

Hello Neighbors!

Edit: Sea Ray Ct is planning yard sales on May 9th! Does this date work for most so we can do a subdivision wide yard sale this day?

There’s been some talk of trying to put together a neighborhood wide yard sale. The more houses we can get involved the better our chances of having a successful turnout! Bc we all know these things take A LOT of time and work to get ready for, I thought I’d reach out to figure out a Friday and Saturday that would work for most people. I’m thinking May would give people plenty of time to prepare and hopefully give us a little better weather vs waiting until June. I know May can be a very busy month but what does May 15th/16th look like for you all? Other dates that may work better?? Give me your thoughts!

If we can get this organized and a date set I’d love to get flyers made so people can post on Facebook and maybe even hand out to businesses in town!

UPDATE: pretreatment starting tonight to help with icing and plows will come through the neighborhood every 3-6 inches of snow to help keep roads cleared for those that don’t have the option to stay home during this weather advisory. BE SAFE if you have to get out!

Snow plow service has been scheduled. Please keep vehicles off side of roads this weekend to allow them to be efficient in plowing the roads. They are also offering driveways at your additional expense. Comment below your address if you would like to have your driveway cleared. BLB DirtworX

Update: if we order a couple more we want to make sure they will be put out when needed and they will be returned to the HOA if you decide to move in the future. I have 2 request right now for more if we decide to order. At $33 ea. we can’t supply everyone with them but we also want to make sure they are spaced out and effective. Right now we have 1 at the front entrance on Wolf Creek and 1 towards the back entrance on Victoria and 1 on wolf creek before the turn to the backside of wolf creek.

I have 2 available and looking for a family on Victoria and another area that has traffic and needs to be be aware kids are playing. These would be property of the HOA if the property was sold in the future and returned to the HOA. Let me know if interested.

Its getting close to that time of year again for lawn aeration and over seeding. The biggest thing im waiting on now is for rain of course to soften the ground up. For just aeration its $40 per lawn and if you would like me to overseed as well it will be an additional $20. If you want me to overseed just grab whatever seed you would like and let me know.
