Essential Property Management is proud to announce the recent acquisition of Newport Woods Apartments.

Newport Woods is a beautifully positioned community in the heart of Newport, Michigan.

In our efforts to restore the property to former glory, we will be infusing of over $5M for major capital improvements. In addition to fully renovating 100% of its 144 apartments; we will be reconstructing all balconies, replacing roofs, siding and window, and revitalizing the clubhouse and all common areas.

With many of the projects already underway, we’re getting tons of positive feedback from our residents!

Our team looks forward to turning this beautifully wooded community into a gem!
