Whoa!! Look at those views!! And to think this is just one angle! So happy for the buyer on this parcel of land! He has big dreams for this place, and I cannot wait to see them come to life. Thankful for another transaction!! 🏁🪧✍️

We found a lot of interesting things out about the property while going through this transaction, including the cost of water lines and utilities, easement accesses, etc. However, I say etc lightly because I have learned that consumers often times are not informed of all the due diligence and inspections to consider before you fully commit to a parcel of land. That's why you hire a professional like me!
