🏡 A Little About Me — Josh Clifford, Realtor

For those who may not know me, my name is Josh Clifford. I’m a husband, a dad, a small-business owner, and a local Realtor with Coldwell Banker Gundaker.

Most people know me from owning and operating Clifford’s Cut N Clean, and more recently Minute Man Roll Off LLC. I’ve spent years building businesses through hard work, honesty, reliability, and treating people the way I’d want to be treated. Those same values are exactly what I bring to real estate.

I’m not the Realtor who is afraid to get my boots dirty. Whether we’re walking acreage, looking at investment properties, discussing repairs, preparing a home to sell, or working through the ups and downs of a transaction, I’ll be there to help every step of the way.

Real estate has definitely been a roller coaster, but I’m grateful for every client who has trusted me to help them buy or sell. Making the Top 10 in my office was an honor, especially while working alongside so many great agents—but my biggest accomplishment is helping families reach the closing table and start their next chapter.

When I’m not showing houses or working on a deal, you’ll usually find me running one of my businesses or spending time with my wife and kids. Life stays busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

🎢 They say real estate is a roller coaster... and this week proved it.

This week I had two closings—one of the smoothest transactions I've ever been a part of, and one of the most stressful. That's real estate for you. No two deals are ever the same, but the goal is always getting my clients to the closing table.

I know I haven't been posting much lately, but that's because I've been absolutely slammed, and I'm thankful for everyone who's trusted me with one of the biggest decisions they'll ever make.
