Today was a special closing day as Josiah is a good friend of mine. When this journey began it started by simply Josiah and I talking about how they were “kind of” looking around but unsure. Josiah and Gabby called me about a week later and said they found the house… in under a week, they were pre-approved, we showed it, and we were under contract with successful negotiations.

By making strategic decisions not only were we able to close, but they were able to save about $9,300 between negotiating repairs and closing costs.

Thank you both for trusting me with something so important to you both. 1 closing down, one more to go!
