🏡 Why St. Francois County?

There’s something special about living somewhere you can enjoy small-town charm without feeling like you’re missing out. ❤️

Here in St. Francois County, we have beautiful countryside, local shops and restaurants, parks and outdoor recreation, community events, and towns where you still run into people you know at the grocery store. 😂

You can spend a Saturday exploring, grab dinner at a locally owned restaurant, enjoy a little country living or be right in town close to everything you need.

And one of my favorite things? There are so many different ways to call this area home. 🏡 From Farmington and Park Hills to Bonne Terre, Desloge, Leadwood and the surrounding countryside, there really is something for every stage of life.

🏡 WHAT A WEEK! 🔑❤️

This week, real estate hit a little differently.

🏡 We sold our home.
🔑 We’re buying our next home.
🎉 And I helped my client sell theirs!

Three homes, three transactions, and one VERY busy REALTOR who is also trying to pack and move at the same time. 😂📦

Being on both sides of the experience this week, as a seller, a buyer, and a REALTOR. Has been quite the adventure!

But more than anything, I’m feeling incredibly grateful. Grateful for our next chapter, grateful for the memories we made in our home, and especially grateful to my clients who continue to trust me with such a huge part of their lives. ❤️

Another one officially CLOSED! 🎉

Today I had the pleasure of closing with my sellers at Elite Title Company in Arnold. This one was a long journey, with a few twists and turns along the way, but that made getting to the closing table that much more rewarding! ❤️

I truly couldn’t have asked for better sellers to work with. Thank you for your patience, trust, communication, and confidence in me throughout the entire process. We worked through every hurdle together, kept moving forward, and today we got to celebrate the finish line! 🙌

These are the closings that remind me why I love real estate so much. It’s not always a straight road but seeing my clients reach the other side makes every step worth it.
