Davis County Market Update – April 2026 🏡
Home prices are holding strong around $650K, and homes are selling faster—just 37 days on average. Sellers are still getting nearly full price (99.4% of list price), which shows demand is staying steady.

We did see a slight dip in total homes sold (256), but the homes that are priced right and marketed well are moving quickly.
