This sale is a great example…the seller agreed it was time to sell a property that has been near and dear to him for his best interests.
The buyer’s are just starting out and have big plans for the property and both the seller and buyers are very familiar with each other so it’s a win, win!!

This farm sale met 3 immediate transaction goals for Gary’s seller and Flesher Brothers ensured the successful completion of each part. Expectations were met and exceeded, from the online personal property auction to the listing and closing of two separate land parcels and we are thankful for the opportunity!

Part #2 in the flyover photography series:
This one is taken in the Fall of 1982 manually scraping the feeding floor and loading cattle manure at Grandma Hutchison's farm.
I was 20 years old and my dad was 52 in this image, my Australian Shepard, Blackie can be seen between the two of us.
The Farmall Super H is hooked to the New Idea PTO driven manure spreader and you can see some of my feeder calves out in the pasture.
Also visible in the top right corner is a newer rock pile built from much family labor walking the surrounding 120 tillable acres and being told to pick up anything the size of Dad's fist or larger.

When I was a young man it was very common for aerial photography companies to fly over capturing images and then later send sales representatives to your door to sell the aerial photograph of your farm or business.
These photos are now archived by Vintage Aerial for online viewing and purchase.
On more than one occasion of these random flyovers I can be seen performing a farm related task.
In this photo from the summer of 1979 we had began harvesting wheat and the moisture was a little too high so we put the wheat through our Farm Fans Continuous Flow Drying system. The truck is set with bed hoisted and the McCurdy elevator is transferring the wheat into the system.
I was 16 going on 17 and about to take a seat in a lawn chair to oversee the operation.

Congratulations to Gary’s sellers on successfully closing this sale, allowing them to begin a new chapter for their family.
The buyers still haven’t seen their new property in person as they signed their closing documents in the Mountain Time Zone with a mobile closer.
