Cody Thurman
Owner | Property Manager | Broker
With a background as an Air Force firefighter and over 10 years in fire/EMS, Cody brings leadership, discipline, and problem-solving to every property we manage. As the head of operations, he oversees day-to-day management, owner relations, and ensures every property is protected and performing.

Melissa Thurman
Property Management Support | Client Relations
Melissa holds a Master’s degree in General Psychology and plays a key role in communication, organization, and client experience. She helps ensure smooth interactions with both owners and tenants while keeping everything running efficiently behind the scenes.
